Easy to make, great to eat! You will be the coolest person in the room while you serve this attractive tuna mold, and you're sure to collect compliments too!
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cups cold water
1 can tomato soup
2 3oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsps. A.1. Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 tbsps. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt... dash of pepper
6.5 oz cans chunk style tuna fish, drained
(6-8 servings)
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Heat soup in broiler. Add cheese until smooth, using rotary egg beater.
Add mayonnaise, dissolved gelatin and A.1. Sauce and blend thoroughly. Let mixture cool.
Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and tuna fish. Mix well. Pour into mold, refrigerate till very firm.
Serve with dressing made by adding 3 tbsps. of A.1. Sauce to 1 cup of mayonnaise.
